These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between rc77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through rc77.asia and its associated sub-domains. rc77 operates an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving Pakistani players and other eligible jurisdictions under an international gaming licence.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any feature of the rc77 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "rc77" / "Platform" — The online casino and sports betting services operated through rc77.asia and its related domains and sub-domains.
• "Account" — A registered user profile held by an individual Player on the rc77 platform.
• "Player" / "User" — Any individual who has created or attempted to create an rc77 account.
• "Balance" — The total of real-money funds held in a Player's rc77 account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts awarded under specific promotional terms. Bonus Funds are distinct from real-money Balance and are subject to additional wagering requirements as specified in applicable promotion terms.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — Any stake placed by a Player on a game, sporting event, or other outcome available on the rc77 platform.
• "Deposit" — A transfer of funds from a Player's personal payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank account, or other approved method) into their rc77 Account Balance.
• "Withdrawal" — A transfer of funds from a Player's rc77 Account Balance back to a personal payment method.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required by rc77 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership prior to the processing of withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Territory" — Any jurisdiction from which access to the rc77 platform is legally prohibited or restricted.

To be eligible to register and maintain an rc77 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. rc77 enforces mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all activity reversed.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and organisations may not register accounts on the rc77 platform.
3. You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits your participation.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of rc77 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

6. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently excluded from the rc77 platform.

rc77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each individual may hold only one active rc77 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering your rc77 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Not impersonate any other person or entity, or register using false or fabricated personal details.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly notify rc77 of any changes by contacting support via live chat.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your rc77 account credentials, whether or not authorised by you.

rc77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to prevent unauthorised access. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify rc77 support immediately via live chat. rc77 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player failed to safeguard their credentials.

rc77 processes all account transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. rc77 does not charge platform-side fees on standard PKR transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Deposits:

• A minimum deposit of PKR 500 applies per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per period depending on your account verification status.
• Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and potential account suspension.
• rc77 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any deposit or withdrawal.

Withdrawals:

• A minimum withdrawal of PKR 1,000 applies per transaction. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, which may require submission of a government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership.
• rc77 will endeavour to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account. Delays may occur where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to minimum threshold rules. rc77 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals or withdrawals to new payment methods.
• rc77 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where fraud, breach of Terms, or suspicious activity is suspected, pending investigation.

All funds held in your rc77 account are held separately from rc77's operational funds in accordance with player fund protection requirements under the platform's international gaming licence.

rc77 offers various promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to PSL and cricket seasons. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any inconsistency between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

The following general bonus terms apply to all rc77 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from them can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds not wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited. rc77 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

All bets and wagers placed on the rc77 platform are subject to the game rules applicable to the specific game or market at the time the bet is placed. Game rules are displayed within each game interface and within the sportsbook market pages. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing a bet.

• Bets placed after a game event has concluded, or after a sporting event outcome is known, are void. rc77 employs technical controls to prevent post-event wagering, but any such bets that are inadvertently accepted will be voided and the stake returned.
• rc77 reserves the right to suspend or void any bet or market where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure has materially affected the offered odds or game outcome. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's account.
• In-play betting markets (including ball-by-ball PSL cricket markets) are subject to suspension and reopening in accordance with real-time event developments. rc77 accepts no liability for bets placed immediately prior to a market suspension where the bet was accepted during a delay in the data feed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within each market or game interface and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
• rc77 operates on a "pari-mutuel" basis for certain markets and on fixed-odds for others. The applicable betting structure is stated within each market. All casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live dealer outcomes, depending on the game type.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rc77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary human users.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or game bugs. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are void. Players who discover bugs or errors are obligated to report them to support and not to exploit them.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct, including use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, or the provision of false registration information.
• Collusion with other Players in casino games, live dealer games, or sports betting markets, including systematic match betting, arbitrage networks, or coordinated account behaviour.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including using the rc77 platform as a mechanism for the placement, layering, or integration of illicit funds.
• Opening an account on behalf of a third party, or permitting a third party to operate your rc77 account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing rc77 staff, support agents, or other Players in any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

rc77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all rc77 account holders:

• Session Time Reminders: Configure time-based reminders that alert you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.

No part of the rc77 platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, published, transmitted, reverse-engineered, decompiled, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of rc77. The rc77 name, logo, and brand marks are registered trademarks and may not be used in any context without authorisation.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Ezugi, Evolution Gaming, and others is subject to those providers' respective intellectual property rights. Use of such content is governed by the licences granted to rc77 by those providers and does not confer any rights on Players.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rc77 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the rc77 platform, including any interruption, suspension, or cessation of service.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or promotional information.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Losses arising from gambling activity, including losses incurred as a result of reliance on odds information, game statistics, or other platform content.
• Technical failures, network outages, data transmission errors, or latency issues affecting the delivery of betting or gaming services.

rc77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rc77 account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rc77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

rc77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an rc77 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

rc77 will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. Personal data shared with payment processors (including JazzCash and EasyPaisa), identity verification providers, and game content providers is shared solely for the purposes of operating the platform and complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

rc77 retains personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the satisfaction of legal, accounting, anti-money-laundering, and regulatory reporting requirements, which may require retention for a minimum period of five years following account closure.

rc77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to void any bets or promotional awards associated with that account, if rc77 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any specific game, promotional, or payment terms.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• The Player is under 21 years of age or is accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• The account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any activity that causes or may cause harm to rc77 or other Players.
• rc77 is required to do so to comply with a legal obligation, regulatory direction, or court order.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, rc77 will communicate with the affected Player through their registered contact details within a reasonable timeframe. Where suspension is confirmed as permanent, any verified real-money Balance (net of voidable bonuses or fraudulently obtained funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following the conclusion of the investigation.

Players may close their rc77 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method following standard KYC verification.

rc77 reserves the right to amend, modify, replace, or supplement these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rc77 will endeavour to notify registered Players by prominently displaying a notice on the platform at the time of login. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the rc77 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and close your account prior to or immediately following the effective date of the change. rc77 is not liable to you for any impact arising from your failure to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rc77 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between you and rc77 relating to the platform or these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting rc77 support via live chat or by writing to the support email address. rc77 will endeavour to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute is not resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution procedure specified under rc77's gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict either party's rights to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in respect of any intellectual property infringement, unauthorised account access, or fraudulent conduct.
